When we re-open after the lockdown we will be running our business in the safest way that we feel we can.
This will be as follows:
We have built a new check in desk, which has a clear plastic screen, allowing for us to check you in without making physical contact.
All keys and contact surfaces are to be regularly disinfected throughout the day.
We will not be providing breakfast or any meals.
Our lounge and dining room will be closed until further notice.
We will be adhering to Social Distancing policies set out by the government.
There will be no change in our tariff as we have additional running costs, for example, any items in the room that can be contaminated by COVID-19 have to be disposed of or thoroughly disinfected.
We will also provide hand sanitiser and face masks.
We will need to wear PPE when servicing rooms.
PLEASE REMEMBER: IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS, COLD OR FLU PLEASE STAY AWAY.
If you arrive and appear to be showing symptoms you will not be allowed to stay. We have an infrared thermometer for taking your temperature.
Good practise recommends that we have to leave at least three days between guests leaving and new guests arriving, which limits our turnaround period from three hours to three days.
