All rooms are en-suite, and have hair driers, refreshments trays with biscuits and vanity set.

No children under 5 allowed, we do not have the facilities for children under 5.

No fee to pay by card, card payments only for accommodation.

Terms & Information:

  • No children under five.
  • Check in from 2pm to 6pm
  • Late check in (after 6pm and before 9pm is £10 per person extra).
  • We do not accept guests after 9pm
  • Check out at 10am
  • Late check out sometimes available at £10 until 1pm.
  • No Stag or Hen bookings, if you book separately and are a group you will be asked to leave.
  • Smoking and the use of e-cigs and vapours is not allowed on our premises.
  • Please let us know of your dietary requirements at time of booking.
  • Swearing, threatening or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated whatsoever.
  • Upon arrival you will be asked to fill in the guest register, all guests must make a £50 security deposit by card, if there is any damage to our property, anything has been stolen or we have been disturbed out of hours for anything other than an emergency we reserve the right to claim any costs or penalties. (e.g. £100 penalty for smoking/vaping in the hotel or for tampering with safety equipment).
  • Bookings (by phone/post): 50% deposit is required at time of booking unless your stay with us is within 8 weeks, in which case the full amount is payable at time of booking. Full payment required 8 weeks before staying with us.
  • Bookings (online): full payment at time of booking.
  • Cancellations (for bookings made by phone or post): If you cancel more than 8 weeks before staying you will receive 50% (of the total amount) as a refund. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before staying the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations (for online bookings): the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • We only accept debit or credit card payment for accommodation.
